Hi sir, ask lang kung paano ko i-auto trunk hunt kapag busy ung isang telephone number para lumipat sa ibang telephone number na meron po kami. Thank you.

Hello! To set up automatic trunk hunting on your NS300 PABX system, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to the NS300 programming console using a web browser.
2. Navigate to "Trunk Settings" and select "Trunk Group".
3. Choose the trunk group you want to apply trunk hunting to.
4. Under "Outgoing Trunk Setting", select the "Hunting" tab.
5. Enable the "Trunk Hunting" option and select the type of hunting you want to use (circular or linear).
6. In the "Busy Trunk Hunting" section, select the "Enable" option.
7. Choose the trunk group you want to use for hunting and set the "Hunting Delay Time" (the amount of time before the call is redirected to the next trunk).
