April 21, 2023, at about 3:00 in the afternoon at the aforementioned place, elements of this station led by PLTCOL JOEL MARFIL FUERTE, Chief of Police together with CIDG South Cotabato PFU, RFU 12 led by PMAJ DAN JUNSON ESPINOSA served the warrant of arrest with criminal case number 3108-2023-S for CYBER LIBEL against one (1) male person, 19 years old, single, jobless, and a resident of Purok 3, Arguelles, Panabo City, Davao Del Norte issued by Hon. FELIX F MESA, Presiding Judge, RTC 11th Judicial Region Branch 26 dated March 20, 2023, with bail recommendation fixed at Forty Thousand pesos (P40,000.00). The accused is now under the custody of this station.
