Based on the screenshot provided by PHC_Jihyo, it seems that Converge is implementing a prevention measure for Republic Act No. 9775.
As a solution, the AZ section will be removed from this forum to avoid affecting the entire PHCorner forum.

Please try using and logging in with the "phcorner.ORG" domain instead of .net.

Sorry at paumanhin po sa sinabi ko! Nililiwanag ko lang. Kahit ako, kinausap ko na Converge, walang clear statement kundi yung sinabi mo rin, at limitado yung sagot sa Help Desk. Kaya ang prognosis ko, sa kanilang web filter lang nanggaling yon, at yon din ang lumalabas sa trial tests ko. Kailangan mo pang i-circumvent ang PHC to gain access smoothly. Kung anuman ang kanilang conditions, yung IT department nila lang yung nakakaalam.

Napapakamot na ako kung mali ba ako o hindi he he. Hanggang speculations na lang na malapit sa common sense. At least we know what to do.

Nabalik tuloy ako sa pag-mining ng Warp+ GB para lang dito at maraming di bumubukas na suking sites ko using goodbyedpi. Ruso kasi gumawa nyan.

Tatlong Cloudflare na US nga to be exact dyan sa binigay kong link via Censys. May iba pa sigurong dahilan bosing.
Another method a Converge user could do at the moment is just use a web proxy service (online proxy server like kproxy) ng hindi gumamit pa ng vpn. Yan yung pinakamadali at direkta lang sa service pasok ka na. Kaya lang unsafe yan unless trusted ninyo yung provider. Marami namang legit dyan.

  1. Open Dev Tools
  2. Then Network tab
  3. Check Preserve log
  4. Check Disable cache
  5. Filter output to "domain:*phcorner.org" only
  6. Filter Doc, for documents only

At make sure naka Converge IP ka, hindi po naka VPN.
