Bakit ung speed test po ng net ko mabilis pero pag actual connection mabagal.

speedtest.net - 300mbps
fast.com - 13-17mbps

May way kaya para makuha ko ung 300mbps?.

Some (all of them?) ISPs game the speedtest.net result so that it appears great, but is different in actual usage scenario, like what you're observing now. Best thing you can do is check with several other sites and see if you get consistent results among them, then that will be your actual throughput. testmy.net and dslreports.com/speedtest are some other sites to check.

And to answer your question whether you can get that great looking 300mbps result from speedtest.net, the answer is unfortunately no, you can't get it. You were just tricked into believing that your net throughput is that fast.
