Red flag is just for convention. Pero psychologically, hindi imposible na maconvince ang isang tao na mali yung red-flag nya, or worth ignoring.

Let's be honest, having red-flags is just prejudice and most of the time, they are standards people follow without proof. So, para maging successful ka, you have to offer something that is worth the risks of the red-flags being true.
