❓ Help CL16 or CL17 ram timings

all i did is manually type the:

ram frequency = auto to @3200mhz
flck = auto to @1600
power down mode = disable
gear down mode = disable
then manually input main timings in the sticker in ram
cl16-18-18-38 1.35v
but with a twist instead of cl16 inputed cl17
so my timings now at
cl17-18-18-38 1.35v (i dont know if this timing is better than stock value timings which is at stock speeds)
all subtimings are in auto i dont know what should i input there

using testmem @cl16 it has many errors and random bsod but using cl17 it has no errors(i did 5 times in testmem) and no bsod so far

my questions did I get it right about the timings at CL17-18-18-38 1.35v? or is it slow?

cl 16 is tighter timings which technically mas mabilis sya sa cl 17 for ddr4 anyway
pero i can guarantee you almost 0 difference yan in terms of real world performance
pero if habol mo is synthetic (or nakikipag bakbakan ka sa ranking ng 3D mark)
cl 16 will win out try mo 16 18 18 18 36 then i baba mo yung mhz ng ram by 100 then test
if wala bsod babaan mo by 1 yung CaS so 16 17 17 17 36 then since binagsak mo -400mhz since apat na binabaan mo
rule of thumb pag dating sa timing -1 in timing = -100 in mhz
and vice versa +1 = +100
pag walang bsod ng -400mhz sa ram iakyat mo ng onti yung mhz by 50 step by step hangang mag bsod ulit
bali pinagpapalit mo yung raw speed ng ram sa maiksing latency ng data flow
if unstable sa 16 18 18 18 36 pa lang then low binned yung silicon mo dun ka na lang sa stable
pero if ng bsod sya in stock timing then RMA mo yung ram

lol so yung ram is advertised at CL16 pero configuration nya is miss match sa ryzen timing
grabe out of the field yung cas nya -1 for stock operation di almost di mo iisipin gawin sa ibang ram stick i 15
man buti my full reference yung isa kase hahanapin mo yan manually kung wala
good at na solve
