Hello mga ka-PHC,
May naka experience naba dito na tumanggap ng job offer(Junior Dev) kahit di pa na iinterview? Nagcheck ako ng reviews nung company, maganda naman ang review. May website pero walang FB page. Badly need ng job pero skeptical lang ako kasi maganda yung offer pero malayo yung office.

ako nga wala pa niisang iniinvite for interview sa mga inaaplyang companies online yung iba naman nireject ako sabi sa email ng indeed, yung iba walang tawag or text

another toxic filipino hr mentality. nag aaply pa lang reject agad. walang masama kung susubukan ang isang taong gustong mag apply sa company
