Yung Local ip is yung iyong Ip from your phone or its means. In reality . Thats your idendity. We used vpn to Hide our Local/Original ip. Like Example. Your Local Ipp is from Our Country . Phil. Then when you use Vpn. Your Local ip is Being hide.

For Remote Proxy. Try to find Squid proxy From Proxy List. Just Search. I hope It Helps to you
