The world is full of danger and deceit. As Christians, we have spiritual enemies who lie in wait, ready to poison our lives with their lies. But where Jesus sends us, He also equips us. As we walk in His truth, by His power, He protects us from the lies of the world and the schemes of the enemy, so that through us, His truth may bring Him glory.
Father, thank You for calling me to the good work of Your kingdom. Please guide my steps as I walk, so that I may remain in Your truth. Give me eyes to see the danger that awaits, and the power to stomp any lie that might lead me astray or cause me to stumble. In Jesus’ name, amen.
