H.S Grad pero demanding?

Question lang po bakit may mga high school graduate (hindi ko po nilalahat) pero demanding sa trabaho gusto nila regular agad at mataas ang sahod, tapos nagiging choosey pa sa trabaho?

tapos sasabihin sa mga college graduate porkit nakatapos lang regular na sila agad.

The only way to counter their demands is to cross check their skill sets. If they graduated naman sa reputable school with good grades then pwede mo naman iconsider yung demands nila. Pero again, you need to cross check din yung skillsets nila, may mga HS grad na advanced na at meron naman Degree holder na wala paring alam. So timbangin mo na lang, pero bottom line if panget din ugali, ekis na kagad yan. Pwede matutunan ang skills pero pag attitude na usapan iba narin yan.

Ang masama nga lang po wala pa napapatunayan at na background check naman demanding lang talaga tingin ko attitude problem na kaso.. nakakailang members na ko na pareparehas... dito na sila natuto sa company pero nung natuto kala mo kaya na irepair pati eroplano

Considering the qualification standards of a certain position mapa-Private or Public Institution. Para kasi sakin ok lang basta we met those standards sa iisang position na inapplyan natin. Pwede tayo mangulit HAHAHA


Kidding aside, alam na natin yon, not to belittle the educational attainment of other people, syempre we all strive naman at napakafortunate na ng nakararame na makapagcollege. Sa job naman, if you have the qualification and the other one wins, lipat na, you deserve better. But then again, depende padin yan sa tao. Alam natin kung san dapat tayo.


Let's just be happy sa swerte ng bawat isa. Kapag tayo na, tayo naman.
