PHPsalms 37:5 (KJV) Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
We all have plans and agendas. For some of us, it’s a packed schedule of activities. For others, our long-range dreams and aspirations occupy our thoughts. And when we take our plans before God and trust in Him, He works in us to conform our ways to His, and our plans to His, so that His purpose in us may be fulfilled.
Father, I commit my dreams, goals, and plans to You. Lord, help me to let go of the ideals that You are asking me to leave behind and conform my heart to Yours. Make Your thoughts my thoughts, and Your ways my ways, so that I may walk faithfully in Your purposes for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, amen.
