❓ Help Help! NBI missed appointment 1st time jobseeker

Nagfile po ako ng nbi appointment as 1st time jobseeker and nakakuha ng reference number kaso di po ako nakapunta ng feb 8,2023.
Ngayon nagtry ako mag pa appointment kaso naavail ko na daw po(see pic) kaya hindi na makakuha ng bagong reference and appointment.

Pwede po kaya pumunta na lng bigla anf gamitin yung lumang reference nung feb 08 pa?
