pag pinadaan sa router nagiging 100 mbps lang pero pag derecta sa modem ng converge lagpas 300mbs minsan nasa 500up pa

Ganyan talaga if gumagamit ka ng splitter. Try mong i-modify mismo yang splitter. Anong splitter ba gamit mo?

That router is only Fast Ethernet capable. Replace it with a Gigabit router then you're good to go.
