Remove port:
Proxy type: real host/ dual real host
Proxy server: m.facebook.com
Real proxy type: HTTP
Real proxy server: 69.162.90.100
Real proxy port: 80/8080

As usual , just try if its working in your location . Its a location based so expect working and not working case. Walang mawawala kung susubukan nyo kung gumagana. Goodluck and enjoy.
