What were you doing before that happened? If you were surfing the net then all of a sudden it no longer connects to the network and that happened, then it may be possible the LTE module of the unit has died.

In any case, try upgrading/reflashing the LTE module firmware to V07. You will need to have admin access. The file is here

Pahelp naman po PLDT HOME FX ID3 nag didisconnect po lagi using smart unli data kahit sa gomo unli ganun din bakit kaya nadidisconnect sobrang hassle kasi bigla nalang tapos need restart
