update ko lang. nagpunta na ako mismo sa globe dito sa amin. tinawanan lang ako. sinabi ko na yan may memo na ang NTC bakit di nito pa din sinusunod. tumawa lang sila tapos aabi di pa daw sila nag uunlock ng mga globe at home prepaid wifi.

so siguro mag antay antay muna tayo kay NTC na talagang i enforce niya yung memo niya na 2019 pa sa mga telcos.
