(Check) remove port
Proxy Type: HTTP
Custom Header: X-Online-Host
Proxy Server: ph.ubiwap.com
Real proxy type: HTTP
Real proxy server: ph.ubiwap.com
Real proxy port: 80
Then Ok

Click more options then gawin to.

Proxy settings
(check ) Connect through an HTTP proxy
(check) Use the following
Host Address: 203.177.42.214
Port: 8080
then
(check) the use proxy Authentication
Proxy domain: MGC
