❓ Help Handling spam posts

I've been seeing a lot of spam posts that really don't have anything to do with the thread, mostly just total nonsense mainly for purpose of increasing post count, these will only pile thrash to the forum and would become very problematic later on if left unwatched which is why I created this thread to know how well do you handle such posts, do you tolerate it, lastly, are there measures observed involving such kind of posts?
