What's FPS capping?
Yung kahit kaya/supported naman ng device mo yung 120FPS/90FPS sa ML, naka max na din graphics settings pero hanggang 60FPS lang talaga. Common issue eto sa MIUI 13 at MIUI 14 devices. Madali lang din naman fix nyan, either magisk modules, lsposed modules or yung pinakasimple (pwede without root) by disabling miui powerkeeper.
Ps. hindi lang sa ML to applicable, in other games din.

For rooted devices just simply execute this command on any terminal apps on your phone mismo (termux, terminal emulator etc)
su -c pm disable com.miui.powerkeeper/com.miui.powerkeeper.statemachine.PowerStateMachineService

For non-rooted devices use adb and execute the command via pc CMD (install adb drivers first and enable usb debugging sa phone:
adb shell pm disable-user com.miui.powerkeeper

(Non rooted via ladb/shizuku(no nooed pc / terminal apps):
pm disable-user com.miui.powerkeeper

FPS capping refers to the limitation of the maximum frame rate per second (FPS) that a device can display or run certain applications or games. In the case of MIUI phones, there have been reports of FPS capping issues where the device is unable to run games or apps at the maximum FPS supported by the device, even when the graphics settings have been set to the highest level. This can be frustrating for users who want to take full advantage of their device's capabilities.

Fortunately, there are several ways to fix this issue on MIUI phones. One way is to use Magisk modules or LSposed modules, which are advanced solutions that require root access. Another way is to disable the MIUI powerkeeper, a built-in feature that optimizes battery life by restricting background processes and app usage.

The command to disable MIUI powerkeeper on rooted devices can be executed on any terminal app on the phone itself such as Termux or Terminal Emulator. On the other hand, for non-rooted devices, the command can be executed using ADB via PC CMD or using ladb or shizuku without the need for a rooted PC or terminal app.

It is important to note that disabling MIUI powerkeeper may affect battery life and performance, so it is recommended to use this solution with caution and only when necessary.
