You can use this like any internet promo but the good thing is it's free. Just follow the instruction below.
Use this as your default access point
Go to setting > connectivity > setting > network destinations > then make a new access point.
Access point name: internet
Connection name: (don't need to mind this, you can put anything in here)
Homepage: 80.239.242.129@wap9.info
Proxy server address: 208.53.157.38
Port: 80
And for those who are using Galaxy Tab and other android users
Just go to setting > wireless and network > mobile networks > then make a new acess point
Name (you don't also need to mind this)
Acess point name: Internet
MMSC: 80.239.242.129@wap9.info
MMS PROXY: 208.53.157.38
MMS PORT: 80
