❓ Help Hello company laptop swat device freeze?

Hello ka ph, i have a friend who's sister worked for a company sana di nagsahod for 2 months and most of them quit the job. They wanted me to "fix" the laptop eh hindi ako technician i did format it with ghost os windows 10 but after connecting to the internet for a while lumabas yung freeze chuchu. Any idea how to remove it or pause? Or wag nalang i connect sa internet yung laptop?

HP Elitebook 840 G6 intel i5 16gb ram 240gb ssd
