❓ Help How to compress files to make size smaller

Magandang gabi po sa lahat.
Napansin ko kasi pag naka zip format ung file na naglalaman ng maraming files parang mas smaller ung size. Correct me if I'm wrong na lng po. Tanong ko ngayon is paano icompress ung files pra nmn maka save ako ng storage. Nagtry ako using ung method na 'send to compressed (zipped) folder pero di naman effective. Kasi same size lng sila.

eto po tried and tested ko na ang suggestion ni sir Draft , need mo lang konting explore sa settings bago i convert ang video file
