meron ako nakita sa reels . .sign ng burn out kana ..

di ko na nagagawa yung hobby ko na nagbibigay sa kin ng enjoyment..
nakakalimutan ko na sarili ko , maligo , lumabas , mag gym , mag jogging , mag grocery, mamili ng mga gamit ko . .
maniniwala ba kayo isang pantalon lang gamit ko sa opisina paulit ulit monday to friday .. kasi tinatamad ako mamili sa mall na dati hindi naman ako natatamad ..

meju nag gain na din ako ng weight .. palagi ako nagugutom kahit kakain ko lang ng lunch .. siguru kasi di ako malakas sa kanin ..

di natin ako sumasama sa o magawang lumabas para makipag socialize...

basta andun lahat nung sign .. pati mahal ko sa buhay nalilimutan ko na ..

palagi na lang aral , code code . .after office , weekend .. long weekend code aral ..

kelangan ko na baguhin siguru toh ..

I can sympathize with you, OP. I can imagine na rin since tutok talaga ang nature ng trabaho mo.

Try breaking the cycle for a change, maybe. Do something nice na ma-e-enjoy mo.

Paulit2x lang hangang makita mo saan yung niche mo. Hindi ako mahilig sa games, pero daming tutorial about sa mga simple games.

So yun, hanap mga useful applications then recreate, until you learn the gist of it through programming.
