in my opinion it's better for someone if they fail that exam
based on my experience is hindi worth it yung worst case scenario if someone who is not eligable to pass that kind of exam was able to do so
mental health ang focus ng exam nayan and considering that they included that process to screen their possible cadets
then my best guess is it's to avoid unstable people mentally from it kasi nga baka mas lumala lang kalagayan nila
