depende po sa gagawin mo, kung upgrade lang ba sya or clean installation

UPGRADE means mount mo lang yung ISO file (or installer) then run lang yung setup file then you will choose if you want to delete or keep your files

CLEAN INSTALLATION means reformating your drive ibig sabihin mabubura lahat ng laman ng drive mo
