🔒 Closed Is it alright to complain to NTC and demand compensation from globe?

Under Republic Act. No. 11202 Section 10
The NTC is also hereby authorized to award the subscriber damages not to exceed Forty thousand pesos (₱40,000.00).The NTC shall impose and collect the appropriate fines from the mobile service providers who are in violation of this Act. The amount to be collected from the fines shall be remitted to the National Treasury.

its been 1 month na kasi. di pa na poport number ko ni globe from TNT to TM. kaya nag sumbong ako sa NTC via email. at yan din nasabi ko.

dun sa section 6a, may provisions dun. yung 24 hours yun yung porting lang from provider to provider. iba pa yung priocess ng approval, separate yun sa 24 hours pwedeng mas matagal
