pa help naman po sino nakaka alam ayosin to black screen lang sya pag tapos ng starting window di gumagana tung alt + ctrl + del pero nakaka open ako sa safe mode help pls

Do you have restoration point to use? Or try to repair your os by inserting your windows disc/ usb then repair, since your unot can run on safe mode

di po ako gumagamit ng password eh naka auto start up yung akin sir sa safe mode ok naman pero pag normal boot black screen na sya i pa reinstall ko nalang pinagawa ko lang rin kasi sir ty sa comment

wala po ako restoration point eh pinagawa ko lang rin to hinahanap ko yung restoration point naka off daw sir.

di po ako marunong mag reformat eh at wala ako mga disc para maka pag format sir.
