Hello, I'm in my 1st year in college, nag file ako ng LOA during 2nd sem because of some personal reason bale 1st sem lang po natapos ko pero mag aaral po ulit ako next year. I'm planning po na mag transfer sa ibang university and ibang course na po. Paano po kaya ang process?

I think inquire ka sa new school, then after maka hingi ng requirements to transfer dun ka mag ask sa old school mo, and may mga documents ata na school to school na ang process
