May idea po ba jayo ano nangyari sa sim ko? Almost 1 year na akong hindi nakaka received ng points 😓 hindi rin ako nakakapag redeem ng rewards (GlobeOne). Ineligible na ba sim ko sa globe rewards? Ano po thoughts niyo? May same experience ba ako dito? Marami pong salamat
