site is fine, dot com is expensive domain, yung pag gamit lang ng SM brandings ang hindi legit but the site scripts are fine though di ako nag register, small time business lang ata 'to na gustong mag succeed

kung kinda "legit" small business ito, lakas naman ng loob niya gamitin ang trademarks ng SM which is hindi puede kahit sinong gumamit unless she was gave a permission to use SM related logos. Puede siyang kasuhan ng SM sa paggamit ng registered trademarks nila without their consent.

yung sa pakitang proof ng DTI permit, sa tingin ko fake or she was an employee there took a snap of the permit and then using it as to be look like a reputable shop.

actually pwede talaga niyang gamitin iyon as long as SM gives its consent to it, and the fact that SM is not taking any legal action against it will increase the chance of this being a fine starting store of a kind
