PHSo Hi everyone, andito ako para maka hingi ng tulong or idea about sa issue ng Xiaomi phone ko. Baka may technician dito or may experience hehe.
My fathers phone is Redmi note 8 (Papa's phone) and hihingi ako tulong.
What I'm thinking about the cause was the charger cable dahil madami kami nakikigamit, iba ibang cable (siguru nagkavirus sa cable?)
-Unresponsive screen touch,
-Stuck sa redmi logo,
-keeps on restarting.
Tried Solution:
Hard reset but failed so Nag patulong nako kay Natso GSM using his CFTools and lots of software para i try i-unlock and flash para downgrade and it comes out unsuccessful ang RN8 dahil daw na change yung FIRMWARE name from GINGKO to LAUREL - SPROUT (Found the same issue in the link" Ginkgo after patching boot converted to laurel-sprout")
afterwards while he's doing the work, hindi kona ma open recovery mode like it just got worst. His opinion na baklasin ang likod para i tick yung something para ma flash na ang phone pero mahirap walang gamit, kaya nag stop ang operation. Now yung phone nakapasok pero device is locked (can't verified MI account kahit valid and accessable sa xiaomi naman.).
Follow up question:
May naka experience ba same sa issue ko? May firmware ba na downloadable Laurel-Sprout para sa RN8?
Does Deleting the device in mi acc setting will make the phone unlock and not associated?
Kaya ko pa ba maayos to without breaking the wallet, if not, maayos kaya to ng technician? How much do it usually cost for the repair?
