Hello guys nuub question or out of curiosity lang any ideas about neto??? palagi kasing nasa fb ko may nakapag withdraw na ba or is this even legit?

and i tried to check this site to a simple detector lang which is virsutotal and may na detect naman..

is this legit?? mag ta-try sana ako kaso wait ko nalang mga experts about dito im still nuub for this side
