Baka meron dito same case ko or may alam ng ganito. Yung property ko kasi nakuha ko sa pagibig foreclosed then ung title nya ay sa pagibig nakapangalan. ngayon babayaran ko sana ung amilyar sabi sakin exempted daw sa amilyar ung property kasi nakapangalan pa sa pagibig. gusto ko lang sana iverify kung tama to? ibig sabihin 30yrs akong exempted sa amilyar kung 30yrs ko huhulugan ung property?
