laging delayed ang sahod namin 1 month minsan 2 months halos 1 year na namin nararamdaman yung kaya malapit na ako mag decide na mag resign at mag apply sa iba.

Tanong : kung sakaling tanungin ako sa interview kung bakit ako umalis sa dati kung work. Sasabihin ko ba ang totoo na kasi delayed lagi ang sahod ?
 
Sabihin mo nalang yung totoo kung bakit ka umalis, Kesa naman magsinungaling ka.

na-try mo na magpa DOLE? grabe naman yung 1month to 2months delay of salary. baka palugi na company niyo? baka wala ng income?

15 days is considered the grace period for any salary delays. Beyond this is considered a violation, holding the employer and/or payroll master liable for the infraction. The penalties for payroll masters are the following: Fine of P100,000 for failure to disburse wages even if the funds are already available.
 
Hindi maganda na i-bad mouth mo yung previous company mo pag lilipat ka. Better i-shift mo yung reason mo for leaving na simply naghahanap ka ng better opportunity elsewhere. Common language ito sa industry na ang ibig sabihin ay naghahanap ka ng better workplace environment, career progress, at/o compensations.

No need to share your grievances from your past employer. Ano sa tingin mo iisipin ng mag hihire sayo kung alam nilang sinisiraan mo previous employer mo. Ekis ka kaagad.
