PHI feel that the pay I'm receiving isn't commensurate with the effort I'm putting in and I'm considering other options that better reflect my hard work. I think it's time to move on and find a position that better rewards my efforts… what do y’all think?

No one does. Everyone thinks they work harder than others and deserve a better pay.

If ur not happy then it is time to move on but better think twice if its best for u or if u have another option to find one then let go of that job and tind one.good luck bro
Not that I only think I am being underpaid. With all the things I am doing at work, those admin tasks, like everything do… I know I deserve more.
Happy pa naman ako kahit papaano. Di lang talaga ako satisfied kasi I was given a 2- mark sa evaluation for the 4th quarter of 2022… even though I know I am at either 2+ or 1. I even got job performance awards on november and december. At yung mga nabigyan ng grade na 2+.. I don’t think so. Hindi ako masamang tao or what.. but we are talking about performance here.
And yeah… I’m looking for a better company

Reality is, pag naghahanap ng trabaho, binebenta mo tlga ung oras mo. So it is not solely up to you kung how much you "deserve". It is something to bargain with your employer dahil tinitimbang din nila if your time is worth the money.
So first, kung tingin mo tlga you deserve more, then ask for a raise implying that you will leave if you dont get it. If they agree with you, you get your raise. Pero kung tingin mo madali ka mapapalitan by hiring someone else, perhaps they don't see your worth, or you overestimate efforts.
Either way, kailangan mo maghanap ng iba.

the thing is, pasture is always greener on the other side.
walang perpektong work/job
nasa sa atin nalang kung pano makontento or maging masaya sa kung anung meron tayo now.
pero if i were u, maghahanap ako ng ibang work habang andyan ako.
kasi di ka din naman makakaramdam ng ganyan dyan if pinahahalagahan ka ng mga tao or kompanyang pinapasukan mo.
just my two cents.

If hindi ka na happy sa current position mo, maybe it's time na humanap ng iba. If meron naman options or alternatives, go for it. Life is too short para magsettle ka sa mga bagay na hindi ka na masaya.

subukan mo muna mag hanap bago ka lumipat kung ayaw mo dyan or need mo mas mataas go find another job kaso sa panahon ngayon sa mahal ng gastusin sa pang araw araw pahirapan talaga
