sa akin na oobserbahan.. si psiphon or any handler nag dependi sa location ang capping or oras na hindi nag cacapping.. .

ito po bossing PS ko sa USB Broadband, minternet apn. kasi di ako maka OL kaninang hapon lage red mode broadband ko nag change apn. ako pait cp ko ganun din..

As I've said earlier on the other thread post, if you're using local host, then expect the unexpected, it's dead and gone.

Tips: Use off-shore based host/urls and inject with reliable proxies and you're good to go. Network providers can't cut legitimate proxies because it's ρáíd and well mentained, thus you need to channel your connection on those proxies through the vpn applications available. I hope i shed some light somehow.
