🔒 Closed Nerbiyos Dahil Hindi Lumalabas

Noon long holiday dahil pasko at bagong taon sinamantala ko magpahinga from work at nasa house lang, hindi ako lumalabas noon. Napansin ko ang tindi ng anxiety ko maski may kasama naman ako sa bahay. Tapos noon natapos na holiday at back to work na eh nawala anxiety ko. Pag off at nasa bahay lang dun meron ulit. May same situation ba sa akin? Pinipilit ko na lang lumabas maski day off. Yun anxiety ko eh health anxiety. Pag may nakita ako sakit sa fb/social media naiisip ko na baka meron din ako.
