Good evening PHC members, meron akong client na nagpa reformat nang PC nila which is 3080-3090 dell optiflex, after ko ma installan ng new windows may lumalabas na cannot access. Chineck ko sa bios and di ma restore factory setting and also grayed out yung Absolute Computrace.

Sana matulungan nyo po ako and more power ka-PHC.

TS, punta ka sa website ni Dell, search mo yung model ng pc, ibigay mo yung Service Tag ng pc. Install mo yung Recovery Tool. Kung may available na Recovery image para sa pc mo, i-download mo at iyon ang install mo via bootable USB.

Isa lang ang option mo diyan, i-flash mo yung BIOS na walang Computrace gamit ang programmer, Download mo yung BIOS ng model ng laptop sa website ni Dell at iyon ang i-flash mo.
