Why the House Bill RA 6522 is oppressive, coercive, and violates our sovereignty, constitutional and human rights?

Some of the measures they want to happen:

• quarantine people even if not ill
• new disease or just even a threat (disease) can be decared as public emergency health
• Creation of CDC PH, coordination with global CDC and act as national focal point for IHR /WHO
• WHO "manghihimasok sa bayan"
• CES - Center of Epidemiology & Surveillance; lead international health surveillance and IHR process
• National govt > LGU
• all in house "experts" be allowed to practice their professiom and receive additional compensation
• SOH ( the one who will certify the presence of the public health emergency
• there's a provision about economy!? weird!
• Request PNP or NBI to locate any patients or persons suspected of contracting a communicable disease
• The NTC or TELCO SHOULD PROVIDE LOCATION INFORMATION OF PATIENTS OR PERSON SUSPECTED OF CONTRACTING A DISEASE UPON REQUEST. (Reason of the sim registration, surveillance)
• The SEC OF HEALTH, in case of public health event, promotion of the treatment of vaccination, or immunization against a contagious disease, compeling the isolation or quarantine of person who are unable or unwilling, for reasons of health, religion or conscience to undergo immunization or treatment... can be compelled. -- super unconsitutional!!
• Health Technology Assesment, they can buy devices or medicines, vaccinations or undertake procedures w/o health tech assessment with no accountability
• Immunity from any liablity of all implementers, public officials and employees, health workers and non health workers

Lahat yan ay hindi nakakabuti sa atin dahil malalabag ang Data Privacy Act, ang karapatan natin at unconstitutional ang nais nilang isabatas. Biruin mo kahit wala kang sakit at pinaghinalaan ka lang ay iquarantine ka na. Paano kung mismo kapitbahay mo na naiinis sa iyo ang magsumbong at gagawa ng istorya na may sakit ka? Di ka pwedeng di sumama dahil mismong PNP o NBI ang huhuli sa iyo.
