No. The present perfect tense (“I have seen”) does not allow for periods of time other than the present time, ending when the sentence is being spoken, or a time period that is not given. So, to put the word “yesterday” into the sentence makes the present perfect tense automatically incorrect.

The sentence should be either: “I saw him yesterday.” or use a workaround, such as, “I have seen him recently—yesterday, in fact.”
