may laptop here and storage niya is HDD 10 years old na siya and noticable ang lags and stutter, does changing the storage type to SSD greatly improve the performance ba? and also up to 8GB ang kaya na memory 4 lang ang installed plus upgrade ko rin po ba yon?

what i mean to improve is the boot times and faster time to open applications. it does not meant you can do heavy tasks like gaming or editing in that laptop
