Guys, nakareceive na ako ng message na nagsabi na pwede na kumuha ng ephilid.
Pumunta ako sa website and found this:

I remembered finishing steps 1 and 2 but I don't remember receiving any transaction slip after my registration.
I was registered last year.

Update: My mom already found it.

Guys, help. I really want to get my ephilid at least.
