Hi po mga ka-PHC, nag ask kasi cousin ko kung ano daw mas better na specs sa dalawa, isang brand new at second hand but not abused. Need nya daw po sa light gaming like valo or dota, and programming apps/photo editing. Same price range ang bentahan pero maski ako walang idea kung ano mas maganda patulong naman po.
