Prerequisites lang talaga is Rooted Device.
You have to modify somewhere in /data/data/com.mobile.legends/preferences(>)/mobile legends preferences (?)
The last 2, directory and files limot ko na, kasi quit ml nako pero na modify ko dati ang FPS nito.
Basta yung preference file ng mobile legends edit mo lang tas find mo yung may value name na FPS or highfps ata tawag dun. Yung value ng value name niya will give you an idea on how much you should put. If i remember correctly integers yun so like 45 - 60 - 120 etc.

before pa yan bossing, kahit highfpsmode value =4 and highfpsvalue=120 yung naka setup sa file ngayon, capped pa rin sa 60
that's weird. nacheck mo ulit yung preference file after running the game. kung nagchange yung fps value niya?
In a different perspective, sa iphone kasi ganyan. kahit pinapalitan mo yung config setting, pag run mo ng mobile legends bumabalik sa dati yung configuration kasi naddetect ata na iphone 6s plus yung sakin.
Might be the case for you siguro, this is far fetched pero maybe you can try spoofing your device into a higher spec phone. Try to troubleshoot it as much as you can because there is many room for errors. It could be that Playstore is giving you an apk that version that does not support 144hz. so maybe try a different architecture of apk.
