I was recently hired bilang Planner sa isang semicon company, 1 day after kong madeploy sa Prod'n Control department kinausap ako ng Manager ko at Manager ng Customer service na ililipat nila ko bilang CSR. At first tumanggi ako dahil hindi naman talaga yun yung position na inapplyan ko, pero kita ko yung disappointment sa mukha nila nung sabihin kong "pag iisipan ko po", due to pressure at dahil bago pa lang ako bottomline na pa oo ako, at pinagreport sa CS dept. The following day after careful consideration, kinausap ko ang superior ko kung pwedeng bawiin yung decision ko at iescalate yung concern ko sa manager ng CS, pero diniscourage nila ko. Hindi ko alam kung pano ko makakabalik sa totoong job position na inaapplyan ko, kung mukang ayaw na nila kong tanggapin.

Note: Yung CSR na papalitan ko yun yung ililipat nila sa Planning dept.

Hindi din siguro, kasi I'm confident naman na kaya ko yung trabaho nung dinidiscuss sakin yung magiging job function ko and I have several years of exp. rin naman sa pagiging planner. Pati 1 week pa lang ako sa company na to for them to easily evaluate na I'm not suited for the position.. May nagresign kasi sa Planning dept. at hawak nun yung malaking account, rather na ipahawak sakin yun or ipahawak sa ibang planner din yung account then itransfer sakin yung ibang maliit na account, they choose to give it to CSR that undergone cross training in Planning dept.. Ang ending I ended up becoming CSR

Ang problema ayoko naman ng work na yun, I had years of exp. na sa planning at ayoko namang magshift na ng career.

pero bakit ka na-shuffle boss? it's either you're weak at planning or strong ang CS

Same salary and benefits po ba? Maybe try mo lang din po? Naisip ko kasi sabi mo marami ka na years as a planner. Kumbaga itong CSR would be another skill under your belt.
