pabalik balik ako nagscan gamit ang smadav at built in antivirus pero hindi paring nawawala tong virus na to panu na to iremove? ginamitan ko ng cmd access denied lang.. help mga master jan

TS, gamitin mo yung Kaspersky Rescue Disk, ilagay mo sa bootable USB at iyon ang i-boot mo para ma-scan yung drive mo na hindi siya active. Basahin mo yung instructions sa download site.

minsan talaga format is the best option ...may peace of mind kapa na tanggal ang virus unless may infected parin na actual file an pwede parin ma trigger after reformat
