Hi, Are you wondering how did your isp throttled or capped your internet while you are using a secure tunnel?
probably your asking how did they know while your data is encrypted.

HERE IS HOW

They dont have to puzzle your data just to know that you have to be throttled.
all they need is to check the ip of your browser what you are looking .
they already know the IP of youtube , Download and etc.
its how they throttle or capped your internet service .


HOW TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE?

Old School Method Sometimes will work.
Change Your 3G to 2G or H+ to 2G Connect for a while then Change it to 3G or H+ Again.

sabi dito preferd netwoks 3g service acces point names data connectipn at networks operator wala dito ang change 3g to 2g
