🔒 Closed Found USB Drive.exe but it failed to open. Is the PC still safe?

Hi before writing this, nakita ko po na may iba din with similar issues.

For context po, yung PC is my mum's and nakuha niya yung USB Drive.exe from a laptop of a coworker. Sabi niya nawala daw lahat ng files niya and replaced with USB Drive.exe, and nung inopen niya yung .exe dun sa coworker's laptop lumalabas pa yung files.
In her home PC naman, lumabas ulit yung USB Drive.exe but failed to open, may lumabas na error message saying "missing u2ec.dll" sabay ng windows defender alert with "Trojan:win32/malgent!msr" and lumalabas every 30mins everytime na subukan niya iremove.

Sinubukan ko iremove ng naka offline, and hindi na bumalik yung alert. I tried installing 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐬 and eto lang yung nadetect. Yung ibang USB drives na nakasaksak is also running normally naman. Is it safe to assume po na hindi pa infected yung PC mismo?

Check po nyo task manager or gamit po kayo Process Explorer para makita if may suspicious program or unusual connection sa internet running without your permissiom or knowledge

tapos mag full scan ka ng buong pc gamit windows defender at 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐬
