connect-retry which is default 5secs bagu mag connect
pero my work around para gawin every 1secs pero diko sasabihin and
i prefer tcp for the good latency

I know sir, mas maganda lang kasi pakinggan sa title... and parang its is the same proccess lang kasi, by Trying Requests repeatedly until it succeed. I just hate dull phrasing... In Latency? i think UDP is much lower latency than TCP (in my experience), but TCP is much secure.
