kung nag iinstal po kayo ma'am ng windows 7 when it happened? if not try cleaning your memory modules po, then try to place one by one before turning on if only you have 2 memory module po, clean it by rubbing some eraser on the golden pins.

2nd if didnt work out, try to remove your cmos battery, located on your mobo, parang battery po sya ng relo, remove it after turning off your pc...sorry for my delays
